Well-Being and Healthy Minds App Study
The Center for Healthy Minds is recruiting participants for the Well-Being and Healthy Minds App Study.
The Healthy Minds Program is an app-based well-being program that integrates mental exercises into daily life, with an approach that parallels the way physical exercise becomes a part of healthy living. This study seeks to better understand whether this approach to well-being is feasible as well as to identify the impact of the intervention. In order to be eligible you must be between the ages of 18 and 65 with no significant experience with mindfulness.
Participation will all occur remotely. It includes a brief, 30 to 60 minute survey, to be completed three times over the course of about 3 months. Additionally, participants may be assigned to the Healthy Minds Program. If so, they will be asked to participate in two four-week well-being trainings using the app.
The information collected will add to our understanding of the connections between our mind, body, and wellbeing.
