Claire worked on the Qualities of Effective Teachers study, which aims identify characteristics of effective teachers that predict student achievement. She was involved in study implementation, participant recruitment, collection of psychophysiological and behavioral data and supervised a team of undergraduate researchers.
   
Before coming to the Center for Healthy Minds, Claire was an undergraduate Research Assistant in the Developmental Decision Making Lab, where she conducted research on risk taking, emotion-based decision-making and education. She was also an undergraduate Research Assistant in the AED Lab, where she examined an AED's effects on the human heart.
