Katie is a former Associate Research Specialist with the Center for Healthy Minds. Katie supported research efforts to develop measures of skills underlying psychological well-being and to investigate interventions designed to promote and protect mental health using these measures. A focus of this research was the Healthy Minds Program, which seeks to teach scientifically-informed practices and principles that facilitate well-being through online and mobile apps as well as in-person programs.
