Katie supports research efforts to develop measures of skills underlying psychological well-being and to investigate interventions designed to promote and protect mental health using these measures. A current focus of this research is the Healthy Minds Program, which seeks to teach scientifically-informed practices and principles that facilitate well-being through online and mobile apps as well as in-person programs.
