Sara helps implement the organization's marketing strategies, including managing the Center for Healthy Minds website and working on various marketing, communications and content projects.

Before the Center, Sara was Marketing and Communications Director at a national lung cancer nonprofit called Free to Breathe. During her time there, she managed marketing and communications strategies, donor communications and event marketing for the organization. She also has her own business as a health and lifestyle coach.
