What does well-being mean to me?

"I think well-being is a choice that an individual consciously makes to take care of their body, mind, and spirit. It’s about maintaining a balance that nurtures all aspects of oneself. It involves making healthy life choices, fostering positive and meaningful relationships, and overall cultivating a sense of purpose and happiness. It may require ongoing maintenance and effort, but it is vital for flourishing and living life to the fullest. It truly means a lot to me, and I do consider it a part of my identity."
