Lesley University Sonnabend Fellow Lecture

Mar 27 to Mar 28, 2019

Center founder Richard Davidson is 2019 Lesley University Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences Sonnabend Fellow. This talk will consider scientific evidence that suggests that we can change our brains by transforming our minds and cultivate habits of mind that will improve well-being. These mental training strategies can be used to improve the well-being of children, teachers, parents and ultimately communities.

The Sonnabend Lecture honors the memory of Elsa Sonnabend, former Chair of the Lesley University Board of Trustees. The Sonnabend Lecture brings to Lesley’s Campus bi-annually a distinguished practitioner in the field of human services to work with Lesley’s students and faculty, and enrich the academic community.
