Swain Endowed Lectureship: Well-Being is a Skill

Center Founder Richard Davidson will share the scientific evidence that suggests people can change their brains and improve well-being through the cultivation of healthy habits of mind. Davidson will discuss why traits such as happiness, resilience, compassion and emotional balance should be viewed as skills that can be learned.
