Jun 4, 2010

Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, one of the great living meditation masters of Tibet, visits the newly opened Center for Healthy Minds.

During his visit, Rinpoche joins Center Founder Richard Davidson in providing an introduction to the practice of meditation and discussing the science of happiness and well-being.
