The Science of Meditation

Richard J. Davidson is the founder of the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin—Madison and one of the world’s leading experts on the impact of contemplative practices, such as meditation, on the brain.

At this event, hosted by the Madison Tergar Meditation Community, Davidson presented the latest research findings on this subject and he also led a short, guided meditation.
