Tibetan Medicine Workshop

Mar 14 to 12:00AM

Tibetan medical philosophy recognizes that the mind and body have the innate ability to bring about healing yet inextricably depend on relationships with the world around us. These interdependencies are critical to cultivating external and internal balance. Center researcher Tawni Tidwell’s presentation will be interwoven with experiential moments and interactive interludes. Attendees will be invited to think through contemporary ecological and health conditions from the perspective of the Tibetan medicine topics and explore its diagnostic methods.
