Well-being is a skill: Lessons for the current pandemic

Center Founder and Director Richard Davidson will present a virtual talk hosted by the UW-Madison Retirement Association. He will share a framework for understanding well-being and how it might be cultivated. The relevance of the Center's work and the framework specifically for the current pandemic will also be highlighted. He will also share guided practices that can practically be incorporated into our everyday lives.
