What is STRENGTHEN?

Flexible thinking, emotion, and sleep study.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of two different types of activities:

  • Painless electrical brain stimulation delivered during sleep
  • Brief, daily well-being training

We are trying to figure out whether these activities, either alone or combined, can positively impact the brain. Our goal is to increase the ability to think flexibly and to regulate emotions.
