Center Founder Richard Davidson presents the Stephen E. Straus Distinguished Lecture in the Science of Complementary Health Therapies at the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
"Change Your Brain by Transforming Your Mind" includes an overview of the Center's studies on various forms of meditation, including focused attention, open monitoring, and positive affect training, and the resulting neural and behavioral changes of each.
