Changing the Odds 2016

Center for Healthy Minds Founder Richard Davidson is a featured speaker at the 5th annual Changing the Odds conference. This year's "Compassion: Brain Changer" conference will explore how healthy habits of the mind - such as mindfulness, gratitude and kindness - impact the brain and increase levels of compassion. Davidson will be joined at the Dallas conference on October 6 and 7, 2016 by other top thought leaders in the fields of education and mental health, including friends of the Center Daniel Goleman and Matthieu Ricard.
