Meditation and the Science of Human Flourishing - Stanford

Center Founder Richard Davidson and Tibetan Buddhist Master Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche share their expert insights on meditation and the cultivation of personal well-being in this day-long workshop. The gathering will include teachings on meditation practices, discussions of the science behind well-being, short guided meditations and opportunities for questions. The workshop will conclude with a Conversation on Compassion with CCARE’s Founder and Director, James Doty.
