The Compassion Shift: Advancing a Global Culture of Compassion

Center Founder and Director Richard Davidson will be a panelist at The Compassion Shift hosted by the Emory Center for Contemplative Studies and Compassion-Based Ethics. During this virtual live event, the panel will explore the what, why and how of compassion. The panel kicks off a 21-Day Compassion Challenge. The challenge is three weeks of guided meditations, reflections and daily tasks to put compassion into action.
