The COVID-19 crisis is a challenging time for all of us.
Join us for a series of live meditation sessions each week with trainers and experts from Healthy Minds Innovations to learn and practice skills to cultivate a healthy mind.
Each session will include a period of guided meditation, as well as practical tips for applying simple mindfulness skills in everyday life. They will cover a topic from the Healthy Minds Program mobile app, which is based on decades of research from the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
These virtual events are free and open to the public. All are welcome!
