Feb 21, 2019 - 6:00PM to 8:00PM

Can mindfulness be helpful for athletes? That's the question Chris Borland and Chad McGehee set out to answer with a new collaboration at UW–Madison. In a conversation moderated by Emmy-winning producer John Roach, the duo will share insights from co-developing a mindfulness program for former NFL and college football players and explore the applications for well-being practices across different sports and professions.
