Nicci Fite works at the intersection of science, leadership, and impact. As Chief of Staff to the Founder and Director of the Center for Healthy Minds, she serves as a strategic partner in setting priorities, guiding complex initiatives, and aligning people, resources, and partnerships to advance the Center’s mission to cultivate wellbeing and relieve suffering through a scientific understanding of the mind.

Her role extends across both the Center for Healthy Minds and its affiliated nonprofit, Humin, where she helps bridge research, strategy, and real-world application. Nicci plays a key role in enterprise-level planning, philanthropic strategy, and cross-organizational alignment.

At her core, Nicci’s work focuses on helping humans work better together—building trust, creating alignment, and enabling groups to tackle hard problems with clarity and shared purpose. Prior to joining Humin, she held leadership roles with the State of Wisconsin focused on strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational effectiveness.

Nicci is personally committed to the science of wellbeing she helps advance. Her own practice centers around meditation, cycling, and connecting with others, grounding her professional work in lived experience.
