The Mind in Labor: Working with Pain in Childbirth

Center faculty member Larissa Duncan is joined by Nancy Bardacke, midwife, mindfulness teacher and founder of the Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) program, for The Mind in Labor workshop. This weekend workshop will provide expectant parents (pregnant women, along with a partner or support person) lifelong skills for healthy living and wise parenting using mindfulness meditation, yoga, and group dialogue. Healthcare professionals are also invited to attend and will receive additional education and training.
