"Leading with compassion" was the center of the conversation at a recent fireside chat with LinkedIn’s Jeff Weiner and Center for Healthy Minds Founder/Director Dr. Richie Davidson on the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus in late October.

In the hour-long, free event hosted by CHM, the Wisconsin School of Business, and the non-profit Healthy Minds Innovations, Jeff and Richie explored how leaders can foster clarity, connection, and purpose, as well as how strengthening these qualities can support individual and organizational wellbeing.

Drawing on decades of experience in tech leadership and the science of human flourishing, Weiner and Davidson offered a practical, inspiring conversation on compassionate leadership in today’s world.

After, there was an engaging Q&A session with the audience.
