Jocelyn Harmon joined Healthy Minds Innovations in 2020 after more than a decade's worth of progressive Brand Strategy Leadership in both the consumer packaged goods and nonprofit industries. Originally from Northern California, Jocelyn moved to the east coast to attend Bard College for undergrad and stayed for 13 years, eventually embarking on an early career in the arts at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. A love of marketing led her to receive her M.B.A. from the NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2008 which propelled her to manage some of the most iconic brands in America like Playtex Baby Bottles and Oscar Mayer Lunchables.
In 2015, Jocelyn moved into the nonprofit sector, spending five years leading the Marketing Department at a local nonprofit, United Way of Dane County. At United Way, Jocelyn established a brand, expanded volunteerism and fulfilled her dream of leveraging her business skills for a mission-driven organization.
Jocelyn is a passionate practitioner of meditation after seeking her own relief from stress as a working single mom.
