Amy is a human resources professional responsible for the day-to-day management of all human resources operations at the Center for Healthy Minds. Amy assists in achieving the Center's goals by providing strategic HR guidance, facilitating change, and offering caring support to all employees. Her areas of interest are diversity, organizational development, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement and workplace culture to name a few.
